After spending more than 30 years co-owning and operating a 5th generation family business, Becky and her brother sold their company in January of 2020. She is a highly experienced C-level executive specializing in talent acquisition and human resources but also has extensive experience in sales and marketing. During her tenure as a business owner, Becky was trained by Bob Spence and utilized his Choosing Winners™ System for over 20 years. She has screened and scored over 5,000 resumes, conducted more than 2,000 interviews, and hired well over 100 candidates using the Choosing Winners™ System. Becky is thrilled to be able to now dedicate all her available time utilizing the Choosing Winners™ System to assist other companies with finding the right candidate for their team.
Becky, known throughout her life as a people person, is very detail oriented, able to see the “big picture” as well as the steps necessary to get there and believes that honesty, integrity and hard work paired with excellent communication are key in order to accomplish great things. She graduated from the University of Washington, in Seattle, with a double major in psychology and kinesiology while being a full-ride scholarship athlete, four-year letter winner and two-year captain of the women’s volleyball team. Currently, in her spare time, Becky enjoys sharing all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer with her husband and two adult sons, spending quality time with her extended family and friends, and traveling.
